Anyone wishing to have their Fellowship or Senior Fellowship reinstated after having let it lapse must participate in the current or next round of CPD*. Specifically they will need to:
1. Submit an annual CPD report
2. Participate in the triad process
3. Pay the annual Fellowship/Senior Fellowship fee
Upon satisfactory completion of the above, the Fellowship will be reinstated.

* The Fellowships annual CPD process begins in May of every year, with a request to submit an annual CPD report. The deadline for submission of reports is the end of July, following which people are allocated to triads, whose discussions are to be completed by the end of September.
