Dr Becky Turner (PFHEA) is an Educational Developer at the University of Plymouth and is the Chair of the Papers Committee. She supports the initial and on-going CPD of a diverse range staff from Associate Lecturers to established lecturers, as well as working on cross-institutional agendas such as student voice, inclusivity and representation, as well as pedagogic innovation. Her research areas include student voice, academic transitions and reward and recognition.
